Questions we answer
every day.

Most people have the same three worries: does it hurt, will it look fake, and how much does it cost? The answers are: less than you think, only if you push for that, and we’ll tell you before we start. Everything else is below.

01

Getting started

No referral needed. Call us at (208) 886–0774, DM on Instagram, or book via our website. First consultations are complimentary and carry no obligation to proceed with treatment.

Your photo ID and a list of any medications or supplements you’re taking. A photo of yourself that you like is optional but helpful — it gives us a reference for what “looking like you on a great day” actually looks like.

No makeup removal required for a consultation, though we may ask to see bare skin during the exam portion.

Yes, if you decide you’d like to proceed and time allows. Many patients are treated same-day. Others prefer to think it over and schedule a separate appointment — both approaches are completely welcome. There is no pressure in either direction.

Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) have full prescriptive authority and can administer injectables, manage hormone therapy, prescribe medications, and order labs. Aestheticians handle skincare services like Hydrafacial, BioRePeel, and facials.

At Majestic, Laura Matjasich is an APRN with 14+ years of clinical experience. The full clinical team includes NPs, RNs, and Master Estheticians — every service is matched to the appropriate credential level.

02

Injectables — Botox, filler & threads

Most patients see results lasting 3–4 months on the first few treatments. With consistent treatment, many patients extend to 4–6 months as the muscles train to a softer resting state. We schedule a complimentary two-week touch-up for all neuromodulator patients.

Only if that’s what you ask for — and we’ll have a frank conversation if we think a request will serve you poorly. Our philosophy is enhancement, not alteration. The goal is that your friends notice you look rested and refreshed, not that you had work done.

We start with less than you think you need and add only if you want more at a follow-up. We’d rather under-fill and revisit than over-fill.

Topical numbing is applied before all filler procedures, and most modern dermal fillers contain lidocaine in the formulation. Most patients describe the sensation as pressure or mild pinching. Lips are the most sensitive area; lip filler patients often use an additional dental block for complete comfort.

Yes — significantly. Sculptra is poly-L-lactic acid, a collagen stimulator, not a traditional hyaluronic acid filler. It works gradually by triggering your own collagen production over 3–6 months. Results last up to 2 years or more and appear very naturally. It typically requires 2–3 treatment sessions spaced about 6 weeks apart.

03

Morpheus8 & RF treatments

Morpheus8 is performed with topical and/or injectable numbing, so discomfort during the procedure is minimal. Afterward, most patients experience 3–5 days of redness and mild swelling, similar to a moderate sunburn. Pinpoint marks from the microneedle tips fade within a week. Full results continue to improve over 3–6 months as collagen remodeling progresses.

Most patients achieve their best results with a series of 3 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart. Some patients with milder concerns see significant improvement after a single treatment. Your provider will give you an honest recommendation at consultation based on your skin laxity and goals.

04

Wellness services

IV therapy delivers vitamins, minerals, and amino acids directly into your bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system entirely. This allows for 100% bioavailability compared to oral supplements. Common uses include energy and immune support (Myers Cocktail), hydration recovery, NAD+ for cellular health, and high-dose vitamin C. Sessions take 30–60 minutes while you relax.

HRT is appropriate for men and women experiencing symptoms of hormonal imbalance — fatigue, low libido, weight changes, mood shifts, brain fog, sleep disruption, or perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms. A blood panel is required before we prescribe any hormone protocol. Laura reviews labs personally and tailors every program to your individual physiology.

Yes. As a prescribing NP/APRN, Laura can evaluate and manage medical weight loss programs including semaglutide. This is a supervised medical program — not a telehealth vending machine. Requires a consultation, health history, and appropriate labs before initiation. Call to inquire about current availability and program structure.
