You’ll reach Laura’s team directly — not an out-of-state call center. We’ll ask what you’re hoping to address and book a complimentary 30-minute consultation. Bring a photo of yourself you like, if you have one. No obligation.
Park at 1505 Madrona Street North, Suite 1200. The space is warm and considered — bone walls, natural light, and 6,000 sq ft of calm. You’re greeted by our Guest Relations team, offered water or tea, and guided through a short medical intake on an iPad. Everything is HIPAA-compliant.
Twenty minutes of face. Your provider will examine your skin in natural and clinical light, ask what you like and don’t like, and walk you through what is — and isn’t — a good idea today. Some of this is gentle no’s. That’s part of the value.
Many patients are treated the same day. Others prefer to think. Both are fine. If you proceed, you’ll get topical numbing, a sterile tray, and a quiet private room. The provider you met is the one doing the work — no hand-offs, no surprises.
You leave with a printed card listing what was used, where, and what to expect for the next 14 days. Sleep flat the first night. Skip the gym for 24 hours. Use the SPF we send you home with. Text us if anything surprises you — we’re reachable by direct line.
For neuromodulators, we schedule a complimentary touch-up at the two-week mark. For filler and RF treatments, we check in by text and book a recheck if you’d like one. Results are photographed for your private chart with your consent. No surprises on the invoice, either — you saw pricing before we began.
